Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vacuum General CMLA-21S06 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Dorn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Veeder-Root product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toei such as the RAD021006S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ST3419476 manufactured by Van-Dorn and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Dorn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 198106001TD12708 by Manufacturer Veeder-Root as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Verilink Brand 320101928021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vem such as 3333195KPER63G2 equipment made by Vem have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available VL12967 made by Versa-Logic as well as the popular M851101VAL original spares produced by Valmet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMT3601A12BCA2B4BA5A10 by Vaisala and 3333195KPER63G2 spares by Vem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9545151 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Varian.
